What's the plan of salvation?

  To understand the outline of Salvation, we need to first understand what " Salvation " means. In simple terms, Salvation equals Rescue/Deliverance. What are we being rescued from, and what exactly do we need to be delivered from? SIN , sin, my dear family, is what we need to be rescued from. The worst part of this scenario is that we are unaware that we need deliverance. We are so lost and drunk in sin to the extent that we do not realize we need someone who can save us. Now that we have outlined the basic role of salvation, which is to rescue/redeem/deliver us from sin, we can then proceed further to the " Plan of Salvation. " UNDERSTANDING THE PLAN OF SALVATION You have a problem: The first step in understanding the plan of salvation is to realize that we actually have a "problem."   Today, we embark on a journey about salvation, focusing on what follows after one gets saved. While salvation is a beautiful and joyous event celebrated in heaven, it marks the beginning of a Christian's journey rather than the end. There are essential stages in the Christian walk that every saved soul must navigate to achieve full maturity. So, what comes next after salvation? "Growth." After salvation, there must be a genuine desire to grow, or one risks missing the blessings and advantages that come with spiritual maturity. A newly saved soul is akin to a spiritual "baby" in Christ, requiring guidance and support until reaching maturity.
